Job Description

Mercury IT is seeking a Senior IT Technician for a full-time, in office role embedded with our client in Beerwah, Queensland. The roster runs Tuesday to Saturday, including public holidays, with Time in Lieu where applicable.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years' experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously, solving Level 1–3 support requests and building solid professional relationships within a team-oriented team.
