Job Description

Eagers Automotive in NSW is seeking a Service Advisor to be the main point of contact for customers in person or over the phone.

You will greet clients, assess repair and service needs, quote charges, brief the relevant department, set timelines, track progress and keep customers updated.

A robust, organised administrator with knowledge of ERA and Pentana, plus a NSW driver's licence and proficiency in Microsoft Office, will thrive here.
