Job Description

McMillen, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Quality Control Manager with heavy civil construction experience to lead the project QC program, covering dam and lock electrical work.

You will ensure compliance with contractual requirements and manage inspection and testing activities to uphold project standards. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in heavy civil QC, familiarity with USACE procedures, and a CQCM certification or ability to obtain one.
