Job Description

Plena Healthcare is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our community team. You'll perform comprehensive assessments, make clinical recommendations, and support daily living, mobility and falls prevention with the aim of improving client outcomes.

You will work within a large multidisciplinary group, following clinical pathways and providing personalised rehabilitation across diverse community settings, while maintaining flexibility to meet client needs.
