Job Description

Neilson Financial Services is seeking a senior onboarding and development leader for its ANZ operations. You will own the end-to-end onboarding journey for recent starters across sales, post-sales, retention and customer care, and you will build capability frameworks to scale across the business.

You will design and continuously improve training content, partner with department heads, and ensure programs meet regulatory and compliance standards in life insurance distribution.
