Job Description

Alliance Community in Mackay is seeking a Client Engagement Officer to coordinate intake, onboarding and ongoing service delivery for NDIS participants. You will work with the Clinical team, Support Workers and families to ensure compliant, high-quality supports and timely onboarding into funding streams.

You'll review participant requirements, build robust stakeholder relationships and maintain accurate records, ensuring services align with best-practice processes and organisational guidelines.
