Castalia Group is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality and compliance across NSW and Victoria in Residential Aged Care and Home Care services. This senior role focuses on accreditation outcomes, risk management and continuous improvement.

You will build leadership capability, oversee audits and reporting, and collaborate with operational leaders to raise resident and client care standards across multiple sites.
