Job Description

Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to oversee daily operations, sales and stock in a high-volume specialist area in Australia. You will lead a 20+ robust team, train staff, and ensure Best Experience for customers while maintaining lowest price commitments.

You will liaise with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health & Safety teams, while managing weekend rosters and opening/closing duties. A solid focus on safety, KPI management and customer service is essential.
