Step In Recruitment is seeking experienced and reliable Warehouse Operators to join a leading Food & Beverage/FMCG manufacturing site in Eastgardens.

Ongoing casual role with solid potential to go permanent.

Pay Rate: $37.00–$42.55+ per hour

Roster: Monday–Friday

Rotating Shifts (2‑week rotation):
Day: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Night: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Key Requirements
Packaging machinery experience in Food & Beverage or FMCG (highly advantageous)
Competent Counterbalance Forklift operator (High‑Reach beneficial but not essential)
Understanding of food safety & quality standards (advantageous)
Basic computer literacy
Solid teamwork, can‑do attitude, and willingness to learn
Able to work rotating shifts
Available to start ASAP
