Job Description

Telstra Retail Melbourne Flagship Store is hiring a Part Time Customer Service & Sales Consultant. As a Retail Consultant, you'll assist customers with product selection, service activation and basic troubleshooting, delivering positive experiences and upholding Telstra's retail standards in-store.

We offer versatile working arrangements, a supportive team, and explicit progression. Pay is $33.33 per hour, with penalty rates for evenings, weekends and holidays; junior rates apply for those under 20.
