Job Description

YMCA Victoria is seeking a Duty Manager for Mount Alexander Outdoor Pools in Castlemaine. This casual role involves supervising on shift, applying the Centre's programs and safety procedures, and contributing to a positive, protected setting for all pool users.

You'll need essential lifeguard and first aid certifications, plus solid interpersonal skills and a commitment to child safety. The role offers a casual hourly rate up to $42.35 plus superannuation and YMCA benefits.
