Job Description

Sterning Group Pty Ltd is seeking a part time OD Consultant in Sydney to help develop a recent Employee Value Proposition, reporting to the Head of Organisational Development.

You will partner with the business to shape EVP, support engagement, wellbeing, capability development, diversity and inclusion, and programs to embed positive behaviours. The role is 0.8 FTE on a 6-month contract.
