Job Description

Darling Downs Health is seeking a Mental Health Worker to support older people with compassionate, person-centred care across a regional Queensland setting. You will work with consumers, families and a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery, wellbeing and quality of life.

You will deliver evidence-based assessments, interventions and care planning, build partnerships with carers and service providers, and contribute to quality improvement and learning within the team.
