Job Description

L'Oréal Luxe is seeking a purpose-driven Store Manager to lead a brand-recent outlet opening this October in Melbourne. You will run a rapid-paced retail setting, ensure smooth daily operations, and uphold the highest standards of customer service and visual merchandising.

You'll recruit and coach a agile team, drive sales performance, manage stock and store logistics, and own the P&L; for the outlet. This role offers real responsibility from day one and a path to grow with a global beauty
