Job Description

Charterhouse is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Management and Communications Lead to drive the Solution Adoption workstream for a major SAP S/4HANA transformation within a Government organisation. This senior, hands-on role ensures the workforce is prepared, capable and ready to adopt recent systems, processes and ways of working.

You will unify organisational change, communications, stakeholder engagement, business readiness and adoption activities across the SAP delivery lifecycle.
