Job Description

MacKellar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to lead a large mobile mining fleet across Carmichael Mine. You will drive safety, reliability and cost-effective maintenance outcomes within a FIFO roster.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll build high-performing teams, mentor leaders and deliver monthly reports to the client and head office, ensuring compliance with site standards and client expectations.
