Job Description

The Andersen Partnership is seeking an experienced Account Manager to look after an established SME insurance portfolio and lead renewals from inception to completion. The role blends client-facing strategy with practical delivery in a hybrid Melbourne CBD setting.

You'll collaborate with dedicated claims, placement and operations teams, mentor junior staff, and identify prospects to grow and retain the portfolio while delivering a high standard of client service.
