IAG is seeking a Senior ER/IR practitioner to lead governance and policy development, ensuring compliance with legislation and agreements across Australia. You will shape employee relations and manage entitlements, while partnering with Legal, People Operations and Compliance to embed practical processes.

You'll bring 7+ years in ER/IR, solid stakeholder influence, and a strategic, team-oriented approach to drive organizational risk management and people outcomes.
