Job Description

Eureka Hotel in Geelong is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and elevate our food offering. This hands-on leadership role suits a chef who thrives in a busy service, leads by example, and takes pride in delivering quality food consistently.

Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll run day-to-day operations, help manage stock and hygiene, train junior staff, and maintain high standards across presentation, food safety, and teamwork in a vibrant pub-restaurant setting.
