Job Description

Cedars Tavern is launching a brand-current kitchen and bistro, plus a sports bar experience, and is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to lead frontline teams at the Emerton venue. You will help establish service routines, coach staff, and drive high standards across bar, bistro, gaming and beer garden.

The role offers leadership growth across Redcape venues, with prospects to contribute ideas and improve operations, while supporting rostering, stock control and compliance.
