The Role

n

Reporting to the Site Manager / Project Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day coordination of site activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You willbe responsible forsupervising subcontractors, managing sitelogisticsand supporting the delivery team to meetprogrammeand quality targets.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate subcontractors,suppliersand siteLabourer to ensure smooth project delivery

Assistin implementing construction programs and site plans
n

nn
Oversee day-to-day site operations including deliveries and trade coordination
n

nn
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and site safety standards
n

nn
Support quality assurance bymonitoringworks and ensuring compliance with specifications
n

nn
Identifyand address site issues,risksand defects early
n

nn
Maintain clear communication with site teams and management
n

nn




Promote a positive,productiveand safe site culture
n

About You

n

Experience:Minimum5+years experiencein a Leading Hand or similar role. Backgroundincommercial or industrial construction projects. Experience coordinating multiple trades and site activities.

n

Skills & Attributes:Solid communicationand leadership skills. Ability to coordinate trades and manage workflow on-site. Solid planning andorganisationalskills. Proactive approach to problem solving and safety management. Team-focused with a commitment to delivering quality projects.

n

Qualifications &Licences;: Trade qualification preferred. Current First Aid Certificate. Relevant site tickets/trainingadvantageous(e.g.working at heights, confined spaces). Driver'sLicencerequired.
