Job Description

Legl, Sydney-based, is seeking a senior leader to head Australia customer success. You will own the customer lifecycle end-to-end, aim to retain and grow a strategic book, and partner with Product, Sales, and the global Customer team to shape the roadmap.

You will design and scale the Australian function, recruit and coach the team, and drive commercial outcomes with a focus on retention and expansion, AML experience a plus.
