Job Description

Santé Recruitment is seeking a Senior Specialist Anaesthetist for the role of Clinical Director – Anaesthetics across North West Victoria. The position blends clinical practice (0.6 FTE) with leadership, governance and workforce oversight (0.4 FTE) in an integrated Anaesthetics and ICU service.

Key responsibilities include leading recruitment, governance, M&M; reviews and teaching, with prospects to shape regional critical care and collaborate with Monash University and La Trobe University
