Job Description

VC Dental on the Central Coast is seeking a Senior Dental Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a busy multidisciplinary practice. You will oversee recruitment, rostering, performance management and training, while driving patient experience and practice profitability.

You'll report to the owner/leadership team, shape workflows, monitor KPIs and ensure compliance, quality assurance, privacy and infection control. A team-oriented, supportive culture awaits.
