Job Description

The Y Ballarat is seeking a Part time Area Director (24 hours per week) to lead and support a network of early childhood services in the Baw Baw region. You will work with established teams to foster high-quality learning environments for young children.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care, with current First Aid, CPR, and asthma/anaphylaxis certifications. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability and a commitment to ongoing skilled growth
