Job Description

HammondCare in Horsley is seeking a part time Workplace Coach to support the People and Learning Team in delivering coaching and mentoring to Residential care staff. The role focuses on empowering Specialised Carers to apply HammondCare Principles of Care.

You will identify learning needs, plan training schedules, and deliver a range of learning activities including face-to-face sessions, webinars, and workplace assessments.
