Job Description

Sofitel Sydney Wentworth is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join the Engineering leadership team. The role sits as the operational 2IC, driving day-to-day maintenance, coordinating contractors and ensuring protected, reliable facilities.

You will lead the Engineering team, oversee preventative and reactive maintenance, and collaborate across departments to minimise disruption to guests while upholding high standards of service and compliance.
