Job Description

TAFE NSW Moruya Campus is seeking a Class Preparation Assistant for the Cuisine and Hospitality area. This permanent part time role (17.5 hours/week for 41 weeks/year) focuses on HACCP compliance, secure storage, and classroom food preparation.

Ideal candidates will have a Certificate II or equivalent, HACCP knowledge, and relevant hospitality/food service experience. The role supports learning outcomes without teaching or marking assessments.
