Job Description

Peppers The Hills Lodge in Norwest is seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent/Receptionist to join our Amazing Front Office Team. You will deliver warm, effective service from check-in to check-out and manage guest inquiries with a qualified attitude.

This role suits a motivated individual with Opera PMS experience, solid communication, and the ability to work weekends on a rotating AM/PM roster for 15–24 hours per week.
