Yorke and Northern Local Health Network invites applications for a casual Community Support Worker to provide home and community-based care across the Mid North, with emphasis on Port Pirie.

You will assist clients with personal care, nutrition, mobility and social support, following care plans and training while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to meet changing needs. Mandatory checks and immunisation requirements apply.
