Job Description

Stamford Plaza Adelaide is seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage Manager to lead a diverse operation across La Boca, Terrace Gardens Restaurant, Cascades Lounge and in-room dining. You will drive banquets and events, while ensuring outstanding guest experiences and robust commercial results.

You will collaborate with Sales & Events, uphold service standards, manage budgets and coach a high-performing team in a rapid-paced, luxury hotel workplace.
