Job Description

Exact Contracting is seeking an experienced in office supervisor for bulk civil earthworks on a FIFO roster across remote locations within SA, NT, VIC & NSW. You will lead safety culture, manage resources, read plans, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while coordinating with the Project Management Team.

The role requires S1/S2/S3 qualifications (highly regarded), Diploma/Cert in Management (advantage), and robust communication with clients and subcontractors.
