The Brown and Hurley Group are growing rapid and want you to be part of our team in Innisfail. You’ll play a crucial role in the following duties that can include but not limited to:
Participate in parts interpretingduties
Provide exceptional and skilled customer service and sell parts to customers
Develop skills and knowledge in chosen trade
Ensure customer and workshop parts needs are met by correctly identifying the make, model and variation of the vehicle they’re requesting parts for




Develop an in-depth understanding of parts inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make more purchases
Process payments and prepare invoices

About you:
Interested in a parts career in the agricultural industry
Eager to learn, customer-focused, excellent communicator, team player, problem-solver, positive organisational and computer skills
Manual licence andForklift licence (desirable)
Holland, Case IH, John Deere or Kubota parts knowledge (desirable)
