Chapter Three Espresso & Bar is looking for an experienced and motivated Café / Restaurant Manager to lead our team, grow revenue, attract new customers, and manage the day-to‑day operation of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily café and restaurant operations.
Increase revenue, sales, and profitability.
Generate new leads and attract current customers.
Develop functions, catering and local business prospects.
Create promotions and marketing initiatives to increase sales.
Lead, train and manage front‑of‑house staff.
Manage rosters, labour costs, stock and suppliers.
Maintain excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Ensure smooth breakfast, lunch, dinner and function service.
Manage cash, EFTPOS and end‑of‑day procedures.
Maintain food safety, RSA, cleanliness and workplace standards.
Skills & Requirements
2–3+ years' café or restaurant management experience.
Strong leadership and customer service skills.
Sales-focused with the ability to grow the business.
Barista experience with excellent coffee and latte art skills.
Valid RSA certificate.
Full Australian working rights.
Available for weekends, evenings and public holidays.
Reliable, organised and passionate about hospitality.
