In this role you will:
Coordinate claims administration activities to support productive and timely claim assessment.
Manage a portfolio of low-complexity claims to deliver positive customer outcomes.
Provide responsive support to customers by resolving straightforward claims enquiries.
Summarise key customer and medical information to enable informed claims decisions.
Monitor claim workflows and priorities to maintain service standards and timely delivery.
Collaborate with internal specialists and stakeholders to progress claims effectively and efficiently.
