HS Advisor – Infrastructure Projects | Melbourne’s East

This respected construction group is seeking a hands-on HS Advisor to support a key project in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. If you thrive on-site, driving culture, compliance and best practice, this role puts you right where the action is.

Your Role:
Partner with project and site teams to deliver practical HS support
Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Lead and support incident investigations focused on learning and improvement
Implement and enhance HS management systems
Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and targeted safety training
Foster a proactive safety culture across all project levels
Build strong working relationships with clients and contractors

What You’ll Need:
3 -5 years’ HS experience in infrastructure or construction
Minimum Cert IV in WHS; Diploma preferred




Sound knowledge of Victorian WHS legislation and environmental compliance
Solid communication skills and a practical, hands-on approach
Based in Melbourne’s east with flexibility to cover local project sites
Hold a Construction White Card and experienced in Permit to Work and Work at Heights.
