As our Victorian operations continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented admin & warehouse storeperson to join our team at our Ravenhall depot. This is a hands-on, warehouse-based role focused on inbound receiving — you’ll be on the floor and actively involved in the physical flow of stock, not sitting behind a desk. You’ll sit at the heart of the warehouse’s day-to-day operations, working closely with the wider warehouse team.

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of inbound receiving processes and supporting general administration. You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace, can manage competing priorities, and takes pride in accuracy and organisation both on the floor and behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:
Processing inbound deliveries – checking, receipting, and reconciling stock against transport and purchase documentation
Liaising with transport carriers and drivers to coordinate inbound deliveries
Accurately entering receiving data into the warehouse management system
Identifying and reporting discrepancies,



damages, or short shipments
Maintaining accurate stock records and supporting documentation
General warehouse administration, including filing, data entry, and reporting
Supporting the wider warehouse team with day-to-day administrative tasks as required
Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and warehouse standards

You’ll Bring:
Proven experience in transport and receiving within a warehouse or logistics environment – essential
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately under time pressure
Confident communicator who can work effectively with warehouse teams, transport providers, and management
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning recent systems
A reliable, organised approach and a proactive attitude
