Are you an experienced Commercial Manager with a strong background in construction? Join a leading company specializing in major building and mechanical services projects.

What you'll do:
Lead contract administration, cost control, procurement, and risk management to drive profitable project outcomes.
Review contracts, manage variations and claims, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and seize opportunities.
Prepare and maintain project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports.
Oversee procurement activities, manage subcontractors, and handle progress claims.
Collaborate with project teams to resolve commercial issues and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
Lead negotiations, dispute resolution,



and project close-out processes.
Mentor and develop commercial staff in a safe, ethical, and professional workplace.

What you'll need:
Tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, law, commerce, or similar.
Proven experience in commercial management within the construction sector, preferably on large building or mechanical projects.
Robust knowledge of Australian construction practices and legislation.
Excellent negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting systems.
Desirable: Experience in HVAC, mechanical, or specialist building services; professional memberships like AIQS or RICS.
