Your opportunity to join us at Murarrie

Due to internal move, an opportunity currently exists for a Production Supervisor to join us on PM shift to oversee our 1:30pm shift at Inghams Primary Processing site, Murarrie, QLD. In this role, you will ensure smooth, safe and effective production processes, while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. This is a hands-on leadership position, where you’ll guide and support your team to achieve production targets, meet safety and quality standards, and continuously improve processes.

What you’ll do:
Supervise and lead a team to meet production goals on the afternoon shift
Ensure compliance is met across safety and food safety standards




Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where necessary
Provide hands-on support to the team, fostering collaboration and productivity
Oversee training and development to build team capability
Manage resources effectively to meet deadlines and achieve efficiency targets
Report on production outcomes and escalate issues as required

What you’ll bring:
Proven leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing or production environment
Experience in food production or meat processing is highly regarded
Excellent communication and team-building skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding workplace
Computer literacy and experience with production systems are advantageous
