The Role
Advise SME clients, business owners and private groups on tax issues including structuring, transactions, succession and asset protection.
Work collaboratively with commercial, private client and disputes teams to deliver integrated, commercially pragmatic solutions.
Manage client relationships and contribute to the development of a growing tax and advisory practice.

About You




You will ideally have 5+ years’ PAE in tax, with experience advising private clients, SMEs or closely held businesses.
You will bring solid technical capability, commercial judgment and the ability to provide clear, practical advice on complex tax issues.
You will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail and a collaborative, client-focused mindset.
