Job Description

Production Manager & Site Installation Manager | Wangara | $100-120k + bonus

️ Chance: Run the factory floor and the installer relationship for an established Perth steel frame and truss manufacturer. Own daily output, scheduling, QA, crews and subbies, end to end.

Experience: Production or factory leadership from a steel frame, truss, roll-forming or steel fabrication shop. You know how to keep a factory to schedule and keep installers moving.

Advantages: $100-120k base plus bonus, permanent, local Perth, no FIFO. Reliable 50+ year business with blue-chip commercial clients and a growth agenda.

Extra's: Genuine leadership role with real ownership across two sites. Forklift/white card a plus. Looking to move quick for the right person.
