DNA is currently working with a respected General Practice clinic in Shepparton that is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team on a permanent full time basis.

This is an excellent chance for a Practice Nurse who enjoys working within a busy General Practice environment and is looking for long-term stability, supportive leadership, and a collaborative workplace culture.

The role
Working closely alongside a team of experienced healthcare professionals, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care across a broad range of General Practice nursing services.

Responsibilities will include:

• Immunisations and vaccinations
• Chronic Disease Management
• Care Plans and Health Assessments
• Wound Care
• Treatment Room Procedures
• Health Screening and Preventative Care




• Patient Education and Health Promotion
• Clinical Documentation and Patient Follow-Up

About the clinic
This busy and well-established healthcare service consists of:

• 10 GPs
• Registered Nurses
• 5 Allied Health Professionals
• 6 Administration Staff
• Dedicated Operations Manager
• Managing Director providing ongoing support and leadership

Hours
Monday to Friday
8:00am – 5:30pm

About you
To be successful in this position, you will possess:

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience working as a Practice Nurse within General Practice
• Current Immunisation Certification (essential)
• Strong treatment room and clinical nursing skills
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
