Quilly on the Gold Coast is seeking a Service Manager/Team Leader in Disability Services to lead multiple SIL homes. You will guide Senior Support Workers and Support Workers, ensuring person-centred services while overseeing incident management, compliance, and service quality.

The role emphasizes staff leadership, risk management, and collaboration with care coordinators and the General Manager. This is a non hands-on, leadership position with Monday–Friday hours and an on-call roster.
