G2 Legal is seeking a Senior Banking lawyer to join an expanding listed corporate's in-house legal team in NSW, Australia. You will advise on complex and high-value financing transactions and work closely with stakeholders to guide the business.

The ideal candidate has at least 8 years' post-qualification experience in Banking Law from a top-tier firm, with potential in-house or secondment. International experience would be a plus; solid commercial acumen is essential. Hybrid working available.
