Lutheran Aged Care in Albury invites applications for a Lifestyle Assistant (PPT - 35hr/wk). The role supports the lifestyle team by coordinating and delivering activities that enhance residents' quality of life in our residential aged care setting.

You will plan and evaluate programs, liaise with staff, relatives and volunteers, and maintain accurate documentation. A Certificate IV in Diversional Therapy or equivalent is required, and experience with older adults is essential.
