Bolton Clarke Glendale in Townsville is seeking a dedicated Chef to join a busy HACCP-approved Cook Chill kitchen, delivering fresh, high-quality meals to the aged care sector. Reporting to the General Manager, you will ensure nutritious, well-balanced meals while upholding food safety, quality and compliance.

The role requires a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and a current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, with prior chef experience and solid hygiene practices.
