Proven experience as a Lead UX Designer, Senior UX Designer (with leadership responsibilities), UX Design Manager, or similar roleStrong portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centred design, interaction design, visual design, and design systemsDemonstrated people leadership experience, including leading, mentoring, developing and prioritising the work of a small UX teamOwnership of discovery and prioritisation, include leading customer research, journey analysis, prototyping and usability testing, plus managing the UX pipeline, capacity and trade-offsExperience using data, customer insights and experimentation to inform design decisions and drive continuous improvementCommercial acumen with the ability to balance customer needs with business objectives and deliver commercially viable solutionsExcellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience partnering across Product, Technology, business stakeholders and senior leadersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, using customer insights and data to inform design decisionsPassion for innovation and keeping up to date with emerging UX trends, tools and technologiesHigh emotional intelligence, resilience and adaptability, with a growth mindset and the ability to influence, challenge assumptions and embrace feedbackRelevant tertiary qualification in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field,
