As our portfolio of work continues to grow across the state, we're looking to connect with talented engineering professionals who are ready to make an impact.Working alongside experienced project teams, you'll play an important role in delivering major rail and civil infrastructure projects, contributing from planning through to project completion and a chance to expand your current capabilities with real growth opportunities across the business.You will be responsible for supporting the secure, efficient and successful delivery of construction activities, including:Coordinating daily site operations and subcontractors and coordinating with stakeholders and authorities.Planning, documenting and managing construction and rail worksMonitoring project progress,



cost and quality outcomesPreparing and reviewing engineering, quality assurance and other project documentationManaging procurement, subcontractors and materials suppliedEnsuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality standardsBuilding strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teamsWe're interested in hearing from engineers who have:A degree in Civil Engineering or a related disciplinePrevious experience delivering civil, building and/ or rail infrastructure projectsExperience working on rail stations, station upgrades or rail corridor projects will be highly regardedStrong understanding of construction methodologies, engineering principles and working in live rail environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced project environmentA commitment to safety and delivering quality outcomes
