The Opportunity
We're looking for an experiencedSenior Electronic Security Technician with strong commissioning experienceto join an established and growing electronic security business.
This is acommissioning-focused roleand would suit a senior technician who enjoys taking ownership of projects, getting systems operational, resolving technical issues and ensuring everything is fully tested and handed over to the client.
Commissioning Is the KeyWe're specifically looking for someone who hasproven hands‐on commissioning experienceacross electronic security systems.
You will be responsible for taking systems from installation through to:
Programming and configuration
Commissioning and system integration
Testing and troubleshooting
Fault-finding and rectification
System verification and quality assurance
Client demonstrations and handover
Completion of commissioning and project documentation
You'll be the person who makes sure the system isworking correctly, meets the project requirements and is ready for handover.
About You
To be successful, you'll ideally have:




Robust experience as anElectronic Security Technician
Significantcommissioning and programming experience
Experience withaccess control, CCTV, alarms and intercom systems
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
Experience working on commercial and/or complex security projects
Confidence dealing with clients, project managers and other trades
The ability to work independently and take ownership of your work
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
A professional approach and strong communication skills
