Manage the day-to-day facilities operations of a commercial property portfolio across Sydney CBD.
Your duties and responsibilities as a Facilities Manager:
Manage a commercial property portfolio across Sydney CBD with one fortnightly visit to a commercial asset in Parramatta.
Maintain contractor compliance records, including insurances and certifications.
Conduct inspections to ensure building standards are maintained.
Recommend safety or capital works improvements to the Principal.
Identify and address operational issues promptly.
Review building presentation and cleaning standards, and rectify deficiencies.
Arrange repairs and maintenance within budget approval limits, seeking Principal approval for expenditure beyond those limits or for major works.
Respond to tenant fault reports and service requests, escalating significant matters as needed.
Oversee contractors to maintain safe, clean and compliant common areas,



plant rooms and building systems

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with client/tenants
Good technical knowledge
Sound understanding of HVAC and AFSS
